Scope discipline is a feature. Each boundary keeps the system clean to operate, fast to learn and straightforward to audit.
- Not an ERP — no general ledger, payroll, manufacturing planning or project accounting.
- Not an accounting system — valuation supports stock control; your finance system stays the book of record.
- Not an HR system — the workforce register identifies who received materials, nothing more.
- Not a fleet platform — the equipment register tracks assets and their materials, not dispatch.
