AKMFlow — Warehouse & Materials Management System

Product

A warehouse system that respects the discipline of a real store

AKMFlow gives materials teams complete, bin-level control of what arrived, where it sits, who took it and what remains — with the approvals and paperwork the site is judged on.

What AKMFlow is

One structure, one truth

Stock lives at a bin, not in a spreadsheet column. Warehouse, zone, aisle, rack, level and bin form the backbone, so every quantity has a physical address and every movement has a from and a to.

Operations before dashboards

The system was built from the transaction outward: receiving, put-away, request, approval, reservation, picking, issue, return, transfer and count. Reporting reflects those transactions rather than replacing them.

Documents that stand up

GRN, Material Issue, Material Return and Internal Replenishment Requests are generated from real transactions with gapless annual numbering, approval history and your own company identity on the page.

Separation of duties

Roles decide what is visible and what is possible. Cost and valuation are gated server-side; approvals are operational; audit history is immutable.

What AKMFlow deliberately is not

Scope discipline is a feature. Each boundary below keeps warehouse teams accountable for what they actually control, and keeps the system clean to operate and audit.

  • Not a procurement system — no prices, suppliers, quotations or purchase-order values in warehouse workflows.
  • Not an accounting ledger — valuation supports stock control, it does not replace your finance system.
  • Not an HR system — the workforce register identifies who received materials, nothing more.
  • Not a fleet platform — the equipment register tracks assets and their materials, not logistics dispatch.
