Refund & cancellation policy

1. Try before you buy

Every workspace starts on a free trial with no payment details required. The trial is the intended way to evaluate AKMFlow, and no charge is taken unless you choose to purchase a licence.

2. Fixed-term licences

AKMFlow licences are sold for a fixed term (one, two or three years) and are charged once, up front, for that term. A licence does not auto-renew silently; renewal is a new purchase decision.

3. Refunds

All AKMFlow licence purchases are final and non-refundable after activation, except where otherwise required by applicable law or mandatory payment-provider rules.

Where a payment was taken in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge on an account that was never activated — contact us and the payment will be refunded in full through the merchant of record.

4. Cancellation

You may stop using AKMFlow at any time. Cancelling ends future renewals; it does not shorten or refund the current paid term. At the end of the term the workspace moves through grace and restricted states, and your operational history remains reachable for export — data is never deleted because a licence lapsed.

5. Taxes and the merchant of record

All prices are exclusive of tax. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout by the merchant of record based on your billing country. Invoices, receipts and refunds are issued by the merchant of record on behalf of AKMFlow.
