Every AKMFlow package is an annual licence with clear capacity limits — Launch for getting started, Pro for larger operations. There are no artificial feature tiers: Launch is a complete product, Pro adds capacity. Prices are in USD and exclude tax; any applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout by the merchant of record for your country.

Optional on any AKMFlow package. Price, included storage and service level are configurable. The same multi-year discounts apply. Dedicated infrastructure remains available under Enterprise custom terms.
All prices are exclusive of tax. Any applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout by the merchant of record based on your billing country. All AKMFlow licence purchases are final and non-refundable. A refund will only be considered where the software is proven not to work or to be defective from the very beginning of the licensed term and AKMFlow is unable to correct the defect within a reasonable time. This does not affect any mandatory refund right you may have under the consumer law of your own country.
The products are entitlements on the same platform — you can start with one and add the other later without migrating data.
