What a licence controls

Named users

Licences are assigned to identified people, not shared logins, so every action is attributable.

Warehouses

The number of active warehouses a company workspace may operate.

SKUs

The size of the item master the licence covers.

Transactions

Movement volume per licence period, sized to the operation.

Storage

Attachment and document storage, configurable per licence rather than fixed.

Module flags

Optional capabilities such as advanced replenishment planning are enabled per licence.

Licence lifecycle

A lapsed licence never strands your materials. AKMFlow degrades in defined stages rather than locking the store overnight.

Active

Full operation within the licensed entitlements.

Grace

The term has ended but operations continue while renewal is completed.

Restricted

Daily operations keep running; growth actions are blocked until renewal.

Read-only

History, reporting and export stay reachable. Warehouse data is never deleted.

Cancelling stops the next renewal — it never ends a term you have already paid for. Entitlements are validated centrally and carried in a signed snapshot so the Windows desktop client keeps working through short outages.
