1. Agreement

These terms govern access to the AKMFlow service provided by AKMFlow. Where a signed order form or licence agreement exists, that agreement prevails over these terms.

2. Accounts and named users

Access is granted to identified individuals. Credentials must not be shared, and the customer is responsible for the actions taken under its named user accounts.

3. Trials

Trial workspaces are provided for evaluation for the stated period and within the stated entitlements. Trial data is retained for the agreed window after the trial ends so it can be converted or exported.

4. Acceptable use

The service may not be used to store unlawful content, to attempt to access another customer's workspace, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access without written agreement.

5. Customer data

The customer retains ownership of its operational data. AKMFlow processes it to deliver the service and to provide support, and makes it available for export.

6. Availability and support

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable availability basis. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support commitments, if any, are those stated in the signed agreement.

7. Suspension and termination

Access follows the licence lifecycle: active, grace, restricted and suspended. Suspension for non-renewal retains data and preserves export and reporting access for the agreed period.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in the signed agreement. AKMFlow supports operational control; it does not replace the customer's own governance, safety or accounting obligations.
