1. Who this covers

This policy describes how AKM Digital Solutions handles personal data in the AKMFlow Warehouse & Materials Management System, both on this website and inside the licensed product.

2. Data we collect

Website enquiries: the name, company, email, phone, country, warehouse count and message you submit through a demo, quote or sales request. Product accounts: the identity and contact details of named users, and the operational records your company creates, such as items, movements, documents and approvals.

3. How we use it

Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your request and to manage the resulting commercial relationship. Product data is processed to operate the service for your company, to support you when you ask, and to keep the audit history the system relies on.

4. Isolation and access

Each customer's data lives in an isolated company workspace, enforced at database level. Personnel access customer data only where necessary to deliver support or maintain the service, and such access is limited and controlled.

5. Retention

Operational records are retained for the life of the licensed workspace and for the agreed period after termination, so records remain exportable. Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to manage the commercial conversation.

6. International processing and transfers

Data may be processed in the hosting region selected for your workspace and in other countries where AKMFlow or its sub-processors operate, always under appropriate contractual safeguards.

AKMFlow is offered internationally. Nothing in these documents is limited to, or drafted for, a single country, and customers are responsible for compliance with the local regulations that apply to their own operations.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to record keeping obligations and the immutability of operational audit history. Requests go to sales@akmflow.com. Your rights are those granted by the data-protection law applicable to you; we apply the same handling standard to every customer regardless of country.
